Bgmi New Update 4.6 : New Erangel Vampire Theme, Season 31, Events & Major Features

The BGMI 4.6.0 update introduces a massive collection of new features, themed gameplay elements, seasonal content, events, weapon improvements, and system upgrades. The biggest attraction is the new Vampire-themed experience on Erangel, which brings supernatural enemies, special missions, vampire abilities, redesigned locations, and intense hunter-versus-vampire battles.

Alongside the new theme, players can also enjoy Classic BR improvements, Arena Ranked, Season 31, new vehicles, weapon balancing, social features, card collection rewards, and a new in-game advertising reward system.

New Vampire Theme Mode Comes to Erangel in Bgmi New Update 4.6

Erangel gets a dark transformation with the arrival of a brand-new Vampire Hunting Theme Mode. Several familiar locations have been redesigned into gothic vampire territories filled with special missions, monsters, interactive objects, and valuable rewards.

Players can take on the role of hunters, complete guild objectives, battle vampire creatures, and eventually unlock the mysterious Bloodline.

Erangel Locations Receive a Vampire Makeover

Several major areas have been transformed for the new themed gameplay:

• Rozhok
• Mylta
• Quarry
• Gatka

These locations now feature vampire-themed environments along with special objectives that players can complete during matches.

Hunter Shooting Range

The Hunter Shooting Range provides players with a dedicated area to test their shooting skills. Better accuracy and performance can lead to better rewards, making it a useful stop for players looking to improve their aim while earning additional benefits.

Bell Tower

The Bell Tower introduces an interactive mechanic. Players can interact with the clock tower and shoot its clock to stun vampire monsters in the surrounding area.

This can provide a useful tactical advantage when dealing with groups of enemies.

Golden Bat

The Golden Bat is connected to the mission system and can be discovered around points of interest and city centers.

Players can interact with these statue-like objects either before or after completing missions to obtain additional rewards.

Scream Crate

The Scream Crate is a special encrypted chest that can appear in vampire-themed towns and wilderness areas.

Players must successfully decrypt the crate to claim its rewards. However, failing the decryption attempt comes with a penalty.

There is another major risk: the crate produces a sound that can expose your position to nearby opponents. This means opening a Scream Crate can attract unwanted attention from enemy players.

Vampire Guild Missions

The new Vampire Theme Mode includes six guild missions, which are unlocked progressively.

At the beginning of a match, your team receives one special mission. Completing this assigned objective provides greater rewards compared with regular missions.

Some of the highlighted missions include:

Seal the Ancestor

Players must locate weakened vampire lord seals around Rozhok and the mine area. Reinforcing the Nightkeeper’s seal causes a reaction from the vampire forces.

Hunt the Vampire

This mission begins by interacting with the Nightkeeper’s shadow near the polluted riverside in Mylta.

Once activated, players must track down and eliminate a powerful vampire target.

Crystal Barrier

Crystal Barrier is a global gameplay mechanic available to all players. It allows players to create barriers around building windows, offering additional tactical protection during combat.

Clear Area Vampires

Players accepting this mission must travel to the assigned location and eliminate every vampire monster in the designated area to complete the objective.

Bloodline Awakening: Become a Vampire in Bgmi New Update 4.6

One of the most interesting additions in the update is Bloodline Awakening.

This limited-time mechanic allows eliminated players to join the vampire faction instead of simply leaving the action. Once transformed, vampire players become hostile toward all hunter players.

As many as 20 vampires can exist at the same time, creating chaotic hunter-versus-vampire battles, especially during the later stages of a match.

Vampire Abilities

After joining the vampire faction, players receive enhanced base attributes and access to four special abilities.

Claw Strike:
A three-part melee attack that serves as the vampire’s primary offensive ability.

Absorb:
Allows vampires to drain materials found on the ground and use them to recover health.

Crimson Sense:
Helps detect and mark the location of a nearby hunter.

Amber Form:
Temporarily transforms the player into a fast-moving amber state that provides immunity from incoming damage for its duration.

New PVE Vampire Monsters

The Vampire Theme Mode also introduces several PVE enemies. Each creature has different combat characteristics, requiring players to adjust their strategy depending on the threat.

Bloodwalker

Bloodwalkers are transformed humans who form the core of the vampire army.

Regular Bloodwalkers patrol predetermined routes and attack players when they detect them. Elite Bloodwalkers are much tougher, featuring greater health and stronger attacks.

Nightbat

Nightbats function as vampire scouts and disruptors.

Normal Nightbats can fire sonic attacks that slow players, while their elite versions move faster, behave more aggressively, and launch tracking projectiles.

Vampire Elder

The Vampire Elder is an ancient heir of the vampire bloodline.

It can summon orbs that increase the attack power and defensive capabilities of nearby vampire monsters. Eliminating the Elder removes this buff from affected creatures in the surrounding area.

Monster Shield

Elite monsters can have an additional shield bar.

While the shield is active, these enemies are completely protected from damage. Players therefore need to concentrate their attacks on the shield first before they can reduce the monster’s actual HP.

Nightkeeper NPC of Bgmi New Update 4.6

The Nightkeeper represents the highest level of strength within the hunter guild.

This powerful NPC appears randomly at one of the Hunter Guild locations during each match.

Twilight Bat Wings

Transform your character into a bat-like form with enhanced movement, free-flight capabilities, and dash functionality.

Scarlet Tonic

A powerful recovery item that completely restores both health and energy.

Crimson Pact

A consumable that can link you with up to three teammates and provide combat-related benefits to the connected players.

Moonshadow Refactor

Players can solve a puzzle involving a moon lamp. Completing it lights the lamp, unlocks rewards, and activates a special animation.

Pumpkin Candy Box

Give candies to other players and receive a candy in return.

Halloween Candy

Halloween Candy can be used outside matches to obtain valuable rewards.

Ocean Odyssey Theme Mode Returns

The popular Ocean Odyssey themed experience is making a comeback.

The mode will once again be available exclusively on Erangel from September 30 through November 16, 2026.

Classic BR Mode Gets Major Improvements

The Classic Battle Royale experience also receives several gameplay enhancements.

Erangel In-Match Missions

Players exploring Erangel in both Classic Mode and Theme Mode can discover special mission items.

Picking up one of these items activates a small objective. Completing the mission provides rewards and adds another layer of objective-based gameplay to normal exploration.

Improved In-Match Shop for Bgmi New Update 4.6

The in-match shop has received interface and layout improvements.

A new tab-based filtering system makes it easier to locate the items you need during a match.

ACE32 Weapon Improvements

The ACE32 receives several firing improvements in the latest update.

The changes include:

• Improved firing animations
• Reduced camera shake
• Lower horizontal recoil
• Lower vertical recoil
• Better stability during sustained firing

7.62mm Rifle Changes

Custom Garage Gets a New Vehicle

The Custom Garage can now have a chance to spawn the Tracked Amphicarrier.

Players can use tokens to activate the vehicle and add another option to their vehicle collection during gameplay.

Erangel Map Improvements

The map receives several new interactive elements.

Interactive Lockers

Two varieties of interactive lockers can randomly appear inside buildings, adding more variety to the looting experience.

Channel Buoys

New buoys have been placed in the waters around Military Base. Players can climb onto them and use them as temporary safe positions while in the water.

Floating Supply Crates

Supply crates can now appear directly on the water surface. Players can swim toward them and search for additional loot.

Parachute Auto-Glide Feature

The new Parachute Auto-Glide feature makes landing management more convenient.

While parachuting, players can move the movement joystick upward to activate auto-glide. The character will automatically maintain forward momentum, allowing players to reduce manual movement input during the glide.

TDM Update: Arena Ranked Season of Bgmi New Update 4.6

Competitive Arena gameplay receives a major update with the introduction of a dedicated Arena Ranked section.

Arena Ranked Season

October 1 – October 29, 2026

Players can access the new Arena section through Ranked Mode or via Matchmaking > Arena.

Four modes will be randomly selected:

• Deathmatch Ranked — Warehouse

Players receive immediate rewards as they reach new ranks, while the top 1,000 players in each region can earn exclusive titles following the season settlement.

Bgmi New Update 4.6 Season 31

Classic Season 31 runs from September 19 to November 19, 2026.

The season introduces a fresh set of rank rewards for players progressing through the competitive ladder.

Season 31 Promotion Matches

Ace promotion matches have been redesigned with improved presentation and feedback.

Players can now see upgraded status information on the Game Start button, tier progression on the loading screen and in-game HUD, and a dedicated screen displaying promotion results.

Season 31 Ultimate Royale

Ultimate Royale will be available from September 28 to November 16, 2026.

Eligibility

Players who have reached Crown or higher in any previous season can participate.

The mode comes with upgraded rewards aimed at competitive players.

Additional benefits include:

• +10 points for the first three matches from September 29 to November 16.
• No point deductions during the first two daily matches from September 29 to October 18.

Season 31 Casual Season

The Casual Season runs from September 19 to November 19, 2026.

Instead of focusing only on ranked Battle Royale, the system recognizes participation across several game areas, including:

Crazy Weekend Event in Bgmi New Update 4.6

The Crazy Weekend event runs from September 18 to November 9, 2026, with weekends beginning on Friday.

The Team Popularity Battle brings competitive popularity-based battles to teams.

The event features eight rounds, with matchmaking occurring every two days. Players participate in 1v1 battles within teams based on popularity rankings.

New Card Collection System

The update introduces a new Card Collection System with several ways to obtain cards and progress toward rewards.

Card Token Pack

Open packs to collect card coins and potentially obtain holographic flash cards.

Daily Perk Card

Players receive three daily cards offering bonus rewards. These cards refresh each day.

Annual Upgrade Gun — JS9 Level 5

The annual upgrade weapon is a Level 5 JS9 firearm skin, making it the first upgradeable JS9 skin of its kind.

Players can collect cards throughout the season to build progress. Once the required number of cards has been collected, the JS9 skin can be claimed when the next version launches.

Players who fail to complete the collection during version 4.6.0 can continue their progress in version 4.7.0. Special cards can provide additional progress.

Combat Power System

Players who achieve Gun Master level with any firearm during a season can unlock a limited-time firearm counter skin.

These counter skins can be viewed and equipped through the Lab.

Secondary Creation Camera Improvements

The Secondary Creation Camera gets a significant upgrade with more creative controls.

New options include:

The camera is integrated into both HOME and WOW modes.

Album Interface Redesigned

The Album system has also been refreshed.

Recruitment messages, Popularity Battle invitations, ranking achievements, title unlocks, and other updates can be shared through Squad Chat.

Players can disable automatic milestone sharing through Privacy Settings.

Quick Match Lobby

A new filtering system helps players locate squads based on their preferred characteristics, while improved information displays make squad selection faster.

Returning Player Improvements

Returning players now receive a redesigned welcome experience.

The new interface combines return missions, important rewards, and information about current themed gameplay, creating a more streamlined experience for players coming back to the game.

Bgmi New Update 4.6 Rewarded Ads Feature

The update also introduces an in-game rewarded advertising system.

Selected players can watch short video advertisements in exchange for free rewards. The feature is initially being rolled out to a limited number of players and will gradually become available more widely.

How Rewarded Ads Work

Players can watch eligible ads from the lobby and receive free items.

Current limits include:

• Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC
• A 5-minute cooldown applies between rewarded ads
• Additional ad locations may be introduced later

Current Reward Location

The current rewarded-ad option is available under:

Deals → UC Purchase

Players can watch an eligible ad to receive one Soldier’s Crate, with a maximum of two rewards per day.

Important Ad Rules

Once an advertisement starts, the close button becomes available after five seconds.

However, players must watch the advertisement until it finishes to receive the reward. Leaving the ad early means the reward will not be issued.

After completing an eligible advertisement, the reward is automatically credited and a confirmation message appears.

If an ad takes time to load, players should wait a few seconds and try the Watch Ad option again.

Other Advertisements

Some players may occasionally encounter a non-rewarded advertisement inside the Play & Win Event Center.

This type of advertisement may appear once per device each day, with the daily reset occurring at 00:00 UTC.

Rewarded Ads Device Requirements

The rewarded-ad feature requires devices with at least 4 GB of RAM.

The rollout is initially limited, meaning not every player will necessarily see the feature immediately. Availability will expand gradually as the system is rolled out to more players.

Final Thoughts

The Bgmi New Update 4.6 is packed with content, but the new Vampire Theme Mode on Erangel is clearly one of its biggest highlights. The combination of vampire abilities, PVE monsters, guild missions, special items, transformed locations, and Bloodline Awakening creates a completely different style of Battle Royale gameplay.
